Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Moxy Technologies inc. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide clear guidelines regarding refunds.
Before requesting a refund, please carefully review the eligibility criteria below.
Products and Services Not Eligible for Refund
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- The purchase was made more than 7 days ago from the initial payment date;
- Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations or misunderstanding of the product's features — we encourage you to read the full product description and try our free service before making a final purchase decision;
- Unauthorized payments due to credit card fraud or misuse — please contact your card issuer for resolution;
- Delayed receipt of the confirmation email (within 24 hours) due to internet or system issues does not qualify for a refund unless you first contact our Support Team for assistance;
- Purchase of the wrong product, subsequently followed by purchasing the correct product from another company;
- Price differences caused by promotions, regional pricing, or currency fluctuations;
- After a service or custom project has been approved and payment has been received, no refunds will be issued. Work begins immediately upon approval to ensure timely delivery, and therefore, we are unable to offer refunds once services are in progress or completed;
- Change of mind after completing the purchase;
- Technical issues where the customer refuses to cooperate with troubleshooting efforts (such as failing to provide necessary information or refusing to try suggested solutions);
- Purchases made from unauthorized sellers, resellers, or auction sites (such as eBay or Amazon Marketplace) are not eligible for refunds. If you purchased through a third-party seller, please refer to their refund policy directly.
Situations Eligible for Refund
You may qualify for a refund in the following cases:
- You purchased the wrong Moxy Technologies inc. product, but then purchased the correct one directly from us;
- You accidentally purchased the same product twice or purchased two products with similar functionalities;
- If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase, and after contacting our Support Team you do not receive a resolution or a timely response (within 24 hours), you may be eligible for a refund;
- A terminal technical issue exists with the software, and no solution has been provided within 15 business days after contacting our Support Team. If you choose not to wait for a future upgrade or patch, a refund may be issued.
Important Notes
Once a refund is issued, the associated license will be deactivated immediately. You are required to uninstall the software and delete all copies from your devices.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method via our authorized payment processor.
Moxy Technologies inc. reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
